HIGH ROCKING GHOST EYE CALIFORNIA GOLD

Jed is a beautiful boy with a very laid back, gentle personality. Loves attention & is good with other dogs. Easy to work with on the grooming table. Light on the leash. Just a really nice boy. Jed has been an outside dog, so if you are wanting him inside, you most likely will have to have a belly band on him until he learns that he is not supposed to mark inside. He has NOT been exposed to children & but I am thinking if introduced properly, he would be able to make the transition to a family dog fairly well.

I am in the midst of doing a big restructuring & down sizing of my program as I have been keeping back a lot of our homegrown babies in the last few years. Now it is time to shorten up our line up so that it is more manageable. I have had 2 litters of pups by Jed (Rein & Squeak) and have retained a daughter, Mist, from Rein's litter. She has her sire's friendly disposition as well. Jed does pass on the BET gene as he had a double blue eyed red tri in his first litter. Red factored as well! Jed is m/m~ non-merle for his M Locus & is Clear/Negative for the full Aussie Essential Panel as well as for the S Locus & CDDY w/IVDD. Jed is not a climber or a digger. Jed has a LOT to offer for someone's program. If you are having problems with missmarks due to the whitehead gene, Jed should be able to help you with that.

As with every Adult/older Puppy that we place, it is HIGHLY suggested to have them on a leash for the first 2-3 months as although YOU know that they are now part of Your family, the Aussie does NOT know that. They believe that they are only visiting you & may try to find their way back home to us. It can take anywhere from 2 months- a year before they will finally realize that you are now their home/family. So please know that it will take some time & effort on your part to integrate him into your lifestyle.

Jed is being offered as either an Intact Male for a breeding program at a fraction of the cost of what I currently have invested in him OR he can be neutered to be placed in a Pet Home. IF you are wanting him as a Pet, he WILL be neutered before leaving here & MUST be paid for in FULL before he is neutered.

Jed came to us from California as a pup. I do have him priced competitively & in no way is it going to cover what I already have invested in him. I am wanting to place him as I am needing the space & am needing to downsize me numbers.....IF he had matured in the 16" range, he would be staying here, but he didn't, so I am needing to go forward with some smaller boys that I have coming up in order to help downsize some of the females that I have kept back that go back to bigger lines. Sometimes it is really tough making these kind of decisions as a breeder....
